Who we are
This website is operated by Blissful Consultant Group, a behavioral-health practice consulting firm in Hialeah, Florida. You can contact us at info@blissfulconsultant.com or by phone at (786) 284-5617.
What we collect
- Booking form. If you request an appointment, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, your preferred date and time if you give them, and your message. The request is delivered to our business inbox by email (via Resend, our email delivery provider) and is not stored on this website or shared with anyone else. We use it only to contact you about your consultation. Please don't include patient or medical information in the form — this site is for practice owners and administrators, and we don't collect health data here.
- Analytics. We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see aggregate page views and referrers. No cookies are set, no advertising identifiers are used, and no personal profile is built about you.
- Spam protection. The booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from humans without tracking you across sites.
- Error monitoring. We use a basic error-monitoring service so we can fix technical problems; error reports are technical in nature and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
What we don't do
We don't run advertising pixels, we don't sell or share your data, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Your rights
To have a booking request or message you sent us deleted, email info@blissfulconsultant.com and we'll take care of it.
